There is Goodness Out There

Good Day Everyone,

Christmas is almost here!!! The snow began to fall this morning and as I write these words to you, I am looking over a blanket of beautiful while rolling hills. The Elves are out there right now playing and having a good ole' time (I let them take a little break from packing the presents into the sleigh) after all, all work and no play makes for a very unfun day.

That's one thing that most people forget to include in their daily schedules anymore, FUN! Fun helps bring balance into all our lives. I like to say "Have Fun-Make Money-Do Good" ! Pretty much covers everything doesn't it? Have Fun (Stay Passionate About Life), Make Money (We All Know, No Money is Not Funny...Money is Not the Most Important Thing in Life, But When You Don't Have ANY, it Tends to Be On Your Mind Quite Often)-and Last But Not Least, Do Good (Giving Back to Others, That Includes Yourself and Your Family, Brings Everything Back to a Full Circle...Here Comes That Word Balance Again!) I Wish For You and Your Loved Ones Peace and Balance Everyday For the Rest of Your Lives!

Now On With the Voting! We have been receiving so many Nice comments about so many celebrites (Please know that Jingles and Jingle-Gella-Bella-Stella are counting all votes...if the celebrity you voted for is not listed on the lists above, it is because they have not received at least 5 votes yet...there is only so much room on the Nice/Naughty list, and as soon as the celebrities vote count gets high enough, they will be added) .

Here are a few of the Nice comments:

I vote for Josh Groban....he just loves children and
all of his charities sponsor different children based charities. He is
an ambassador for Nelson Mandela's 46664 Charity in Africa. He is the
sweetest, most down-to-earth superstar around.
-Shirley

Oprah: St Theresa...Because she is known as the Saint of the
little ways, meaning she believed in doing the little things in life
well and with great love. She is also the patron Saint of flower growers
and florists. She is represented by roses. Whenever I was in an hour of need
and help, I always prayed to her all my life, and she has helped me in bad situations..
I know that she is a vessel for God's work... Other than her, I think Oprah is a Saint here
on Earth.. She gives thousands of dollars to the needy, and talks about
things on her show that are really about real life situations.. For
example ...She addresses abuse victims, and the poor, and how to get along
with each other...
Goodness follows her everywhere she goes. She is such an Unselfish
Indidual..She is one terrific lady..
-Eileen

Clay Aiken - Not only does this young man use his
wonderful God given gift to entertain, he strives to set a good example
in everything he does. He is my idea of NICE!
-Mary

Megan Mullally because she is so nice & a real
person. She is not pretending to be someone that she is not. She has for the
past 8 years been on the show Will & Grace & it has made herself so
noticeable to the world. She is such a great person & role model for
everyone.
-megan

kelly clarkson: She is the sweetest girl ever and cares so much about other people
- Mary

Top on the NICE list has to be Clay Aiken hands down.
What a breath of fresh air he is in the recording industry both because
of his extreme vocal talent and because of the example he sets in clean
and purposeful living. Hope he is around for a long, long time. GO,
CLAY!!!
-Mitzi

At the top of the NICE LIST has to be Clay Aiken.
His joy, his caring attitude, his genuine interest in children with
special needs around the world, his sincere desire not to be jaded by his
own celebrity, and his positive belief system all make his the
extraorodinary individual he is. He is the epitome of what the 21st Century
model of a man should be.
-Florence

ClayAiken,The most gorgeous man in the world in every
way. The looks, the voice, the generosity, the big heart, and his work
with his many charitys for children.
- Jan

Hey Santa, I think Kelly Clarkson should be on your
nice list. She is a very sweet girl, who has worked with March Of Dimes,
and has bought Christmas presents for underprivelaged kids. She rocks!
Thank you! You rock too!-Kara

(Look Santa Rocks Too!!!...Thank you Kara!)

Idina Menzel-She is so sweet with a voice like an
angel and she rocked in rent
-Dianna

Kelly Clarkson. Along with being one of the best
singer's on the planet, she's just a great, normal and wholesome girl. A
great role model for a lot of her younger fans. LOVE HER!!
-Sandy

CLAY AIKEN - After becoming the 2nd place
finisher on American Idol in 2003, Clay has done nothing but support various
charities, go on tours, record albums, write a book, ambassador for
UNICEF and even start a foundation, Bubel-Aiken. He just seems to look at
the whole picture before making rash decisions, and right or wrong he
seems to totally stand-up for his beliefs. He takes risks, and most of
all he has the best rapport I have ever seen between fans and an artist.
His fans really adore him; and yes, he appeals to all age groups, which
I think is a good thing. I think Clay should be at the very top of the
"Nice List".
-Monica

I would like to nominate Tony Orlando for your nice list.
In a day and age where Celebraties get caught up in their " status" It
is refreshing to know a celebrity who isn't into the superficial. For
years, Tony Orlando has been involved in helping Jerry Lewis with
Muscular Dystrophy. For about ten years, he has served as host of the New
York segment of the telethon. For the past two years, he has served as
Vice President of MDA. Tony also has been involved in Veteren's efforst.
Perhaps becuase of Tie a Yellow Ribbon, he has spent a large portion of
his free time, to veteren's issues. Every year, he opens his theater in
Branson , MO to any veteren and their family, for free. He puts toether
a three hour show, dedicated to the veteren's. Every year, he also
meets with Vietnam POW's for a yearly reuinion. These are guys who were
there at the Rose Bowl in 1973, when they were welcomed home, and Tony and
Dawn sang Yellow Ribbon for them. Tony has also been involved in
helping out with mentally challanged inviduales, and with with efforts to
prevent cruelty to animals. Many of Tony's fans know him personally and
can verify that he never brags about any of his volunteer work. He is a
true unselfish, giving individual, asking nothing in return. He once
said that he thinks a person blessed with fame, should give back for what
they have been given. Therefore, Members of Tony's Troops would like to
nominate him for the nice list!!!

Josh Groban, Barry Manilow, and Andrea Bocelli!!!
What awesome voices and far-reaching musical talents these men have!
They're who I listen to because their music speaks of love, not hate.
These 3 wonderful musicians, besides having incredible voices and talents,
also give quite unselfishly of their time and talents to help those
most in need. They don't have to, but they do because all 3 of them care
care so much and want to help any way they can. Thank you Josh, Barry,
and Andrea!
-Martha

Donny Osmond...because he is just so great to
everyone...his family, his friends and his fans.
-Sam

George W. Bush - He is a fantastic president. He is
fighting the war on terriorism in the face of fierce unwarranted bashing
on the part of a very biased media and hypocritcal Democratic Party. We
have not been attacked in our country again since 9/11, have we?
-Brian

Celine Dion: She did a Tsunami Recovery Fund concert immediately after the storm.
All proceeds from the show that night on Mothers Day went to Unicef.
I have had the privledge to see Celine Dion when no cameras are around.
When no one is "looking" so to speak. She is very kind and attentive
to fans and people in general.
She's a good egg.
-Wanda

Howie Gordon, star of Big Brother 6! The most
entertaining and lovable houseguest ever! Sweet, kind, generous, caring.
Not enough words for him!
-jerzeechik

#1-Clay Aiken, Why? Because this young man puts
others before himself. Besides singing he is an Ambassador for UNICEF, he
has went to Uganda, & other worn torn countries to fight for education.
the man just seems to have a button that is always on. He does concerts,
is making an Album, does TV appearances, and loves his fans for real,
not like some who only seem to when they want the record sales. As he
has proven you don't have to have half naked women, swearing & your music
played on the radio to be a success.

#2 - Elvis, Even though this man
has been gone for 28 years his music is going strong & is still one of
the top selling singers today.>

#3- Pres.Bill Clinton - Even what he did was wrong, this country had
people working, unemployment was at an all time low, People seemed to be
truely happy, gas prices weren't crazy, and we actually had a plus to
our budget.>

#4 - Jerry Lewis, MDA thats all needs to be said.>

#5 - Susan Lucci

#6 - Barry Manilow

#7 - Oprah Winfrey

#8 - Dr. Phil

#9 - Hillary Rodham Clinton

#10 - Reba Macintyre

-Karen

Clay Aiken...for his continuming work with and fpr
kids with disabilities and for victims of the Tsuanami.
-B.J.

No. 1 for NICE must be Barry Manilow. He gives 200%
at all his concerts; he donates to many different causes. Any recent
and disasters are added on the his long list. He SHARES what he earns
and very generously!
-Ann
